3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Team Lead

Salary -£55,000 -£60,0000

Location -London (Hybrid -1/2 days in office)

Industry – MSP (Managed Service Provider)

A leading MSP with offices in London are looking for a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer – Team Lead to join their extremely successful and fast-growing team. This role is a hybrid position between a 3RD Line technically hands on position and overseeing the smooth running of the organisation Service Desk Team.
This will be a fantastic role for someone already working in a Team Lead level of role, or for someone who is technically hands on at 3rd Line Support level and looking to take that next step up into a Team Lead capacity.
Technical Experience
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: Azure AD, Windows Server, Office 365, Intune, Exchange Online
  • Proficiency in networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs
  • Experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms such as Darktrace, Huntress, and Bitdefender
  • Familiarity with MDM, RMM, and ITSM platforms (e.g., Addigy, Intune, ConnectWise, and Freshservice)
  • 5 years minimum in an IT Support Role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a technical lead type capacity.
  • Any experience working for either an MSP, Consultancy or client driven business is highly beneficial.
