We're partnered with a fast-growing Data, Cloud & AI consultancy trusted by FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations to transform how they harness data, Microsoft Azure, and AI at scale. With an enviable client base across Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Retail and Manufacturing, they are now hiring a Global Microsoft Practice Director to lead and scale their Microsoft business worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and scale a global Microsoft practice for a consultancy already shaping enterprise digital strategy at boardroom level.
Partner directly with Microsoft’s global and regional leadership to drive co-sell growth, marketplace adoption, and industry solution launches.
Build and commercialise repeatable, IP-led solutions (Copilot extensions, Azure AI accelerators, Fabric frameworks) deployed across industries worldwide.
Deliver impact at scale — from enterprise GenAI adoption in Financial Services to predictive maintenance AI in manufacturing.
Drive measurable growth, with double-digit revenue increases, co-sell wins in Partner Centre, and defensible IP monetisation.
Success Will Be Measured By
Growth in Microsoft-sourced & influenced pipeline (velocity, win rates, revenue).
Repeatable solutions launched and adopted via the Microsoft Marketplace.
Penetration across global industries (FSI, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing).
Recognition as a top-tier Microsoft partner through advanced AI, Data & Industry Cloud designations.
Experience and Attributes
10+ years’ experience in Microsoft alliances, consulting, or practice leadership.
Proven ability to scale global Microsoft practices with measurable outcomes.
Deep expertise in Azure AI, Copilot, Fabric, Power Platform, and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
Gravitas to influence Microsoft executives, C-level clients, and global partner ecosystems.
Strong commercial instincts with a pipeline-first mindset.
